Vanessa founded Phases Clinic from a place she knows intimately — as a patient. Living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), she understands what it's like to be the most informed person in the exam room and still feel unheard.
